If your jewelry does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to make a return?

Simply send us an email to contact@asterina.fr specifying:

• Your order number
• The piece of jewelry you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)

Our team will respond to you quickly to validate the procedure.

Return conditions:

• The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund :

Once the jewelry is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
