If your sofa is not suitable, you have the option to return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

How do I make a return?

Simply send us an email to officel@asterina.fr specifying:

• Your order number
• The sofa you want to return
• The reason for the return

Refund :

Once the sofa has been received and inspected, we will process a full refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
