Return and Refund Policy

At Astérina, your satisfaction is our priority.

If your sofa is not suitable, you have the option to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at your expense. (Valid reasons: tear, wrong color, defective product) 

How to make a return?

Simply send us an email to officel@asterina.fr specifying:

• Your order number
• The sofa you wish to return
• The reason for the return 

Our team will respond promptly to validate the procedure.

Refund:

 

Once the sofa is received and checked, we will proceed with a full refund for the sofa within 24 hours. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase.
