Our sofas are made to order to ensure optimal quality. The lead time is 4 to 5 weeks.

We will send you a tracking number within 4 weeks.

No problem, the delivery driver will leave a notice in your mailbox and either you will be redelivered or they will drop it off at a relay point.

Our sofa is delivered compressed and carefully packaged to facilitate its transport and handling.
The package weighs approximately 41 kg and is delivered directly to your doorstep. It cannot be delivered to your room unless you authorize it with the delivery driver during your delivery.
This packaging allows for convenient transport and better protection during transit. Once unpacked, the sofa returns to its original shape in just a few minutes, regaining all its comfort and original design.
In case of absence, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can reschedule the delivery for a date that suits you.

Yes, all our sofas come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and provides our customers with peace of mind when making their purchase. Our after-sales service is available to assist you with any inquiries or claims.
