  • Our sofas are made to order to guarantee optimal quality. The lead time is 4-5 weeks. You will then receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your order until delivery.

  • We will send you a tracking number within 4 weeks of your order.

  • No problem, the delivery driver will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox and you will either be redelivered or they will drop it off at a relay point.

  • Our sofa is delivered compressed and carefully packaged to facilitate its transport and handling.

    The package weighs approximately 41 kg and is delivered directly to your doorstep. It cannot be delivered to your room unless you authorize it with the delivery driver during your delivery.

    This packaging allows for convenient transport and better protection during transit. Once unboxed, the sofa returns to its original shape in just a few minutes, regaining all its comfort and original design.

    In case of absence, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can reschedule the delivery for a date that suits you.

  • We currently ship worldwide with a delivery time of 4 to 5 weeks.

Returns & Warranties

  • Yes, all our sofas come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and provides our customers with peace of mind when making a purchase. Our after-sales service is available for any assistance or support requests.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us quickly at contact@asterina.fr, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you wish to proceed with a refund, let us know and you will be refunded within 1 week. (Valid reasons: tear, wrong color, defective product)

  • Contact us at contact@asterina.fr with supporting photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will find a quick solution: exchange or refund.

  • Yes, of course! Our covers are removable and washable, preferably in a washing machine at a minimum of 30 degrees Celsius.

  • Our sofas are 17cm thick at the base in bed mode and 38cm in sofa mode, with a density of 35kg/m³, offering excellent support and good longevity.

  • our sofas measure 100cm by 200cm in length, with a seat depth of 65cm and a seat height of 34cm, and for the Helyos Max and Max Plus, 100cm in width by 300cm in length.

  • Our sofa beds are made of polyester, which increases their quality and lifespan.
