These conditions govern sales made on the website www.asterina.fr, owned by the company Astérina.

1. Purpose:

These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of jewelry offered by Astérina.

2. Products:

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Price:

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes, excluding delivery costs.

Astérina reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order:

Any order placed on the website www.asterina.fr implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order.

5. Payment:

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment can be made by credit card or any other secure method offered on the website.

Transactions are secured via our certified payment provider.

6. Delivery:

Orders are shipped within 4 working days after validation.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Astérina cannot be held responsible in the event of delays due to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns:

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days after receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

8. Responsibility:

Asterina cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products.

Astérina's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Intellectual property:

All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of Astérina. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
