Asterina Warranty Policy

At Asterina , we are committed to offering our customers high-quality products, designed to last. To ensure your complete peace of mind, all our sofas come with a 2-year warranty .

1. Subject of the guarantee

Our guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (structure, conversion mechanisms, main seams).

  • Hidden defects affecting the sturdiness or normal use of the sofa.

2. What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use (gradual sagging of cushions, slight discoloration of fabric, etc.).

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, impact, lack of maintenance or improper use (e.g., direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight, contact with corrosive liquids or products).

  • Repairs or modifications carried out by an unauthorized third party.

3. Warranty period

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery of the product.

4. Procedures for coverage

In the event of a problem covered by the warranty, Asterina undertakes to:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the defective part, or

  • Replace the sofa with an equivalent model (if repair is not possible).

These services are provided free of charge to the client .

5. How do I activate the warranty?

  • If possible, please attach photos or videos to facilitate the evaluation.
